Hailey Baldwin denies she's married to Justin Bieber

People is reporting that Justin Bieber and model fiancee Hailey Baldwin have tied the knot.

The rumours started In New York City on Thursday, when the couple was spotted visiting the courthouse, which is where USA brides and grooms get marriage licences, or elope.

A source close to the couple told US Weekly Justin and Hailey "want a private wedding without media scrutiny and just want it to be with friends and family".

TMZ reported a wedding is happening "soon", potentially as early as next week in the singer's home country of Canada.

'They're going to have a big blowout, in front of God and everyone they love, ' said the insider, who has been called 'a religious source'.

Meanwhile, TMZ reports that the couple were seen "inside the Marriage Bureau in NYC" where their marriage licenses were being issued and Bieber told a court official who was reportedly a "judge", "Thanks for keeping it on the DL". "I have learned to just try my best to ignore the negativity at this time so that I can enjoy this season of my life", she said.

The famous pair were reportedly given VIP treatment, with witnesses telling the entertainment site Bieber was seen crying.

Bieber and Baldwin got engaged in early July after the world-famous singer proposed in The Bahamas. So at least Hailey Baldwin's age means that she's clear of the riskiest age group.

As of this writing, neither Bieber nor Baldwin's reps have publicly confirmed the nuptials took place.

"My sister was 24 when she got married, and my parents also got married when they were young, too". She also joked, "I think they love him more than me!"

However, the feelings between Bieber and Baldwin "never really went away", according to a third source, which is why it wasn't alarming when they rekindled their romance this summer.
